The 'Castellers de Barcelona' was established in 1969 by a group of Catalans, introducing to Barcelona a tradition that spans the entirety of the Catalan territory. Today, the group stands as a beacon of traditional Catalan popular culture. Donning their red shirts, they consistently showcase their constructions, which are a blend of strength, balance, courage, and wisdom.
Since 2022, I have had the privilege of serving as one of the official photographers for the group, crafting a distinct visual chronicle of their activities, not only within Barcelona but across Catalunya. The photos were published on social media platforms, in the URC Magazine, and in various other publications related to the castellers.
