ROLES: EXECUTIVE PRODUCER
The objective of the Connections: Valinhos - Vinhedo project is to bring together artists from both Valinhos and Vinhedo, presenting the audience with the rich production they both offer. This is achieved through the realization of three exhibitions held in three different locations across two cities: two in Valinhos, one featuring the participation of 40 artists from Vinhedo, and another exhibition focused on memory, showcasing works by 10 deceased artists from Valinhos alongside historical material related to the city's visual arts. These exhibitions take place in spaces rented by Ocupe.Arte, transformed into art galleries. In Vinhedo, a large exhibition featuring 40 artists from Valinhos is held at the Edson Caldeira Arts Gallery, facilitating an unprecedented exchange of experiences that enriches the cultural production of the region.
In addition to the exhibitions, the project includes 20 parallel activities, such as workshops, discussions, meetings, and more, following the provided calendar. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the exhibitions transitioned into online events, with a 3D tour available on the Ocupe.Arte website (PT) and various online activities, including workshops, live sessions, and live painting sessions. The project was funded by the PROAC Grant from the state of São Paulo Government.
